Accreditation & Certification

School Accreditation:

Eldorado Academy is fully accredited by the North Central Association on Accreditation and School Improvement (NCA) and the Commission on International and Trans-Regional Accreditation (CITA). Accreditation assessment is a rigorous process guided by a specific set of evaluation criteria, including thorough stages of documentation, review and evaluation, as well as ongoing improvement cycles. The NCA was founded in 1895 to accredit public and private schools and advance the quality of education. CITA was created in 1994 by the regional accreditation associations to provide accreditation protocols and standards for schools that overlap national regions and international boundaries.

Teacher Certification:

Teachers at Eldorado Academy are certified to teach by the State Board of Education of the state in which they reside. Additionally, our teachers participate in professional training and credential enhancement activities on an annual basis.
